I need help. My daughter is allergic to pampers, luvs, and now huggies. We got cream from the doctor and the doctor told us to try huggies now her private area has blisters and they pop and she screams... WHAT DO I DO???
I went to the doctor because I thought it was a rash well the doctor looked and said get those diapers off her now so we tried luvs and had a cream to help the burning and she said try huggies, huggies destroyed my daughters area ber skin has legit burns so we are going to the er
some plain oats and fill the tub with warm water and let her sit in it for about 15 mins .
Do it at least twice a day.
Oatmeal bath let her skin breathe (free ball) and yellow Shea butter or coconut oil with help with the rash .
When my daughter got a rash it cleared up In 2 days.
Also breast milk helps healing as well
Try parent Choice from Walmart . I’ve notice those other brands have a very strong smell to there diapers . Maybe she’s sensitive to that .
Huggies did the same thing to my girls. They broke out in like water blisters. I second Honest diapers.
@bbgirlmama omg those are so cute im going to target in a few to get some I really hope they work.
@greysonsmommy090316, I hope so too! There’s no chemicals, another good organic diaper is hello bello. They sell them at Walmart. They have no chemicals either.
We discovered that it was wipes that caused my son’s horrible rash. We switched to using baby washcloths, just wet with warm water and wash. We had a wet bag for cloth diapers that we put the dirty washcloths in until washing. We also used Vitamin A&D ointment as a protective layer on his skin.
I dont think its the wipes her doctor gave her cream and she told me to hose her off in the tub and I kept doing that and she told me to change diapers and huggies literally ruined her. I dont wanna post pictures cause its bad and her private part but ive never seen a rash this bad
If you have an Aldi’s near you, they sell diapers that are a really great quality!
How did you know she was allergic?
