My SIL leaves for college on Wednesday and she asked if she could have S for Friday and Saturday night. I’m kind of excited to have my first (and last for a long time 🤣) kid free weekend. We have an adult only wedding to go to tomorrow anyways, I’m just nervous about leaving her for this long! I’ve never been away more than a night. I’m going to try to enjoy the quiet with my husband but I’m sure I’ll end up thinking about her most of the time 😬

My August baby decided she wanted to be a May baby like her big sister. Madison Noelle was born on Tuesday, May 24 at 3:50pm, weighing 2lbs, 13oz and 14". She was born at 27 weeks and has a long road ahead of her. Every day she has been getting stronger and amazing everyone. Please keep us in your prayers, my family and I have a long road ahead of us. So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that
