It depends on your baby. I never had to stop eating anything. I eat beans like every day and broccoli a couple times a week. Spicy food and dairy. My kids never displayed any discomfort
I had to stop eating sushi. I noticed everytime I had it (especially if i went nuts on the wasabi) my baby would spit up more than usual and would be fussier in general.
It depends on your baby. With my daughter I had to cut out dairy, soy, beans, broccoli, cabbage, and spicy foods. With my son I cut out dairy just in case but I think he would’ve been fine. The only things I had to cut out for sure with him was red pasta sauce and green beans.

You might not have to. I stopped eating dark greens . But that’s about it but that was assuming she would get gas (n I hated veggies ) .
Other wise I ate whatever whenever
