Ok ladies so I have a dilemma. I need help desperately. The way the condo was designed is horrible. Both windows in living room are to close to the end of the wall. So I have no way of hanging the curtain rods or drapes. Is there any other way we can do this? There is to much light in living room at night because if the bright ass street lights they put in here, and way to much light in the morning. The blinds that my MIL had put in when she lived here do nothing to keep light out and there is no privacy at night because you can see our silhouettes. It's horrible. 4 years of this, so something needs to be done

I had a smaller space at my previous home and curtain rods fit. Just don't get bit bulky ones and you should be fine

I had bought big bulky ones that were black outs. I just returned them today. They we're very bulky, but they had a great sale on them

A curtain rod should fit okay. You might need to take the decorative end off the rod and put it flush against the wall. That’s what we had to do for the rod/curtains we put on our sliding door. I moved the curtain out so you can see what I mean.

I think a curtain rod would fit perfectly. And the curtains arent gonna get all smashed up cause it not gonna go past the end of the curtain rod.

I mean there’s a little light because it’s the middle of the day but at night no lights come through. I got them at blinds to go. There weren’t that expensive either

They have those in blackout shades. I have them in my bedroom.

well we just need something to block out most light. And I like the ones you have, plus they have no cords which is a plus with children
