I’m having a hard time breast feeding this time around. My milk still hasn’t came in but I’ll try the boob first when she’s hungry and if that doesn’t make her happy bc sometimes she refuses it I supplement with formula just so she can have something in her tummy ugh 😩
I’ve nursed six babies for a year each and I use the fenugreek each time and it didn’t decrease my milk supply. So for some it may work and for some it may not I’ve never heard anything but good over the last 17 years.
Thank you ladies. I’ve tried the water thing, switching her boobs and even pumping! I’m not gonna give up but I wish it would come on lol
It took 5 days for my milk to come. Just keep doing what your doing.
My milk didnt come in until 3 or 4 days later, they get what they need (colostrum) and dont need much at that. Keep at it!
If I was you I wouldn't try fenugreek. It can have reverse effects and decrease supply, that alone wasn't a big enough chance I wanted to take.
Body Armour drinks are helpful, coconut water, staying hydrated, I also have a really good no bake lactation bites recipe that works well!
I swear by coconut milk or water. Those body armor drinks are really good too. I have at the very least one of those a day. Drink tons of water. Oatmeal is really good, and if your feeling up to it 1 dark beer.
Oh also fennel
Sorry for blowing your post up. I kept forgetting some. I haven’t used them in a year
I just absolutely love some women on here! Some woman wants to write on another women's post telling her she shouldn't be having sex at all in the beginning of pregnancy. I didn't know she was her doctor. Then she wants to tell me that the first trimester is only 1-9 weeks pregnant. And she lost her baby at 4 weeks pregnant due to sex. Like sweetie that's your period starting!

Her helmet she got so she can be safe (as she told me) when she rides her bike and scooter lol
Dear Moms,
Preggie mom @njf1216 sadly posted today that her daughter Reagan Brinkley was born early at 35 weeks sleeping, when doctors discovered that she no longer had a heartbeat. Let's send her our love and heartfelt wishes, and to the other moms who have also had angel babies. If you would like to, please write a message to her on this post or send her a private message.
We are deeply saddened by her loss and are are keeping her in our hearts at this difficult time.
Warmest wishes,
Preggie...
Drink lots of teas or anything that is hot to help bring your supply faster. Mine came in until 5days later 🙄 but i tried oatmeal tea & hot chocolate helps so much!
