Transgender children

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. What your favorite physical attribute? Like what do u think is the best part of yourself? For me it’s my arms and legs. My arms are cut and I have nice muscular arms, but not too muscular, and my legs I’ve always had nice long legs. So what’s yours?

Racial nickname

I sometimes call my lo monkey. To me he looks like a little monkey. My so says it's racist and offensive. What do you think?
