This makes me angry to no end. I had hg my entire pregnancy. I was miserable. But I wanted my baby to stay in until she was ready to come out. By the time I had her I was so sick of family and in laws trying to get me to try and induce at 38 weeks bc they were tired of waiting to hold her. 😠 MIL even had castor oil wating for me on Halloween. 😤😤😤

This saddens my heart. I know a couple of people who took castor oil. There babies were healthy by the grace of god but I’ll never understand why you would ever even CONSIDER taking that risk. Much less doing it 😔

How do people not understand that 1, you signed up for AT LEAST 40 weeks of pregnancy. Due dates are always just an estimate. And 2, forcing your body into labor makes for an even more difficult birth on yourself as well as baby and could mean the difference between that baby surviving or not! Ugh.

Urghhhhhhh I can’t deal with people like that. My first was 40 weeks. I know that shit sucks. I had my second at 29 weeks and I HOPE I can make it to 37 weeks or even further!!!!!!! I wouldn’t/couldn’t do anything like that!

How fucking disgusting. I've pretty much got the same set of issues as you, minus the GD, plus some different stuff and I can't even fathom. I've been sobbing all day because I'm so done and I still wouldn't consider doing anything to harm my baby or to get her out on my own. How selfish. I pray that baby is okay.

I wish in cases like these mothers would be investigated for child neglect and mental stability. Yes pregnancy is hard but you have to be off your damn rocker to do something like this

That’s absolutely sickening to read honestly. I can’t stand seeing this shit. Like, we all know it can take a FULL 40 weeks if not LONGER to have a baby. If you can’t handle that, DO NOT GET PREGNANT. That’s bullshit. Like you said, we’ve all been “ready to be done” being pregnant. I been there three times now & every time I was the same way. I had horrible morning sickness, I got extremely painful UTI’s at least once a month. My ribs & back hurt so bad I was in tears. I would wake in the night with severe leg pain causing my legs to be sore & swollen the following day & still had to go to work on my feet for eight hours. It sucks but you fucking do it because that’s what a good mother does. You love your baby & as excited to meet them & over the pregnancy you are, you’re more than willing to wait till you’ll have a healthy labor & delivery & a healthy baby in the end. This is so heartbreaking.

I can’t even believe what I just read. That’s so disappointing 😞 so many women would do anything for a healthy, easy pregnancy and a safe delivery for the sake of their baby. And she just throws it all out the window for her own personal convenience. So sick
