I can only get baby to latch on one breast, my other one is too firm so she cant get a good latch. We are bottle and breast feeding. I dont have a pump currently. What can I do? I dont want to become overly engorged in one breast but I cant get a pump until Monday.

Hand express. I had the same problem with my son, he would only nurse off one side cause the other side was so full he couldn’t latch so I hand expressed into a spoon and still gave it to him and then he was able to latch and my mom helped me make sure I was alternating breasts each feeding so that it wouldn’t happen again
Get a haakaa and put it on the breast the baby won’t latch on while you feed off the other.
Hand express. Maybe if get the first let down out she could latch a little better.
Hand Express to soften the nipple before latching. If you want you can let down into a rag before latching baby. Don’t worry this stage is temporary. I’d suggest that you stop bottle feeding and let your baby regulate your supply.
