Just call your dr. They will do a script and send it directly to whatever medical supply company works with your insurance. Mine did and the next day I got a call from them, they sent me an email with all the pumps my insurance covers, I called back to tell them, and literally got it the next day.

Get a prescription from your on and they have websites that you can do it from.
