When you buy a good quality 2” thing ribeye - treating it with anything more than salt and pepper is murder. I want to taste the steak not cabinet full of spices that don’t go together 😐

@boymom123, you should try something called scotch bonnet pepper. It’s small peppers from the islands. Wear gloves, don’t rub your eyes & DONT bite into the seed. You’ll burn a hole through your ass.

It literally taste like nothing but once you add the seasoning the black pepper does a wonderful job with enhancing the flavor
