I'm cramping so bad 😭 hasn't stopped for three days now and now my back really hurts

Still the same really, just sitting it out, it's nothing excruciating it's still bearable I guess, I'd rather stay at home where I'm more comfortable rather than spending money I don't have to wait hours to then be sent home again if that makes sense, but if it starts getting worse I'll head to triage
I know it's not a UTI as I was having the same symptoms before my midwife appointment which was Tuesday and she tested my wee and it was completely clear so I'm not worried about that but she didn't seem too concerned even after telling her paracetamol aren't doing anything for the pain at all 🤷🏻♀️ I don't really know what to do, just gonna sit it out until I physically can't anymore as I don't drive so will have to pay for taxi and I don't have much money to do that
And yeah my friend came with me but had to sit in the waiting room as she had her 1 month old baby with her xx
@zainab.1995 my back pain is really sharp, so much pressure in my bum too like I'm constipated but I know I'm not as I'm going to the toilet fine
I have a constant dull ache at the bottom of my belly and the tightenings come and go but because the dull ache is so constantly strong I can't tell when the tightenings are coming and going xx
@zoejukes1704 omg hun you seriously need to be monitored. This isn't right. Did you tell them your getting pressure in your bum? Xx
@zainab.1995 yeah, I basically said exactly what I said to you and all she kept saying is if it gets worse call triage, she didn't seem to bothered to be honest, just kept saying "we don't want him here yet, it's too early" 🤷🏻♀️
I messaged my actual midwife this morning too but she never messaged me back xx

@zainab.1995 no because I only went In to register as I've moved, I can't drink water as it makes me sick but I'm drinking plenty of fluids x
@zoejukes1704 but that's so silly of them. They're supposed to do a fetal fibronectin test and monitor you. They should also see if you have a uti which may be causing these symptoms.
If the test comes back positive for FF or symptoms persist then they should give you steroid injection just in case.
And if it is a UTI they will give you antibiotics to treat it

@zainab.1995 @venicexxi hmm okay, i was meant to go today to have my booking bloods taken, if they're not too busy, when I get there I'll just speak to them and see what they say x
Can you travel to the closer one? I don't think they would mind monitoring you tbh. Just take your folder with you x
Can you go get checked out hun. It may be your body preparing for labour for the next few weeks. But its best to go to labour and delivery to get monitored.

I'm not sure, I'm struggling to time them because it's a constant strong dull ache but the tightenings come and go, but because the cramping is so strong it's hard to notice when the tightenings start and end
And I'm in the process of transferring to a closer hospital, I don't drive and I don't have the travel money to get to my current hospital

Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
