Use hydrogen peroxide instead!! It's better than bleach and disinfects. Baby wear while you clean. I get feeling like a single mom! Husband is gone over the road mon-fri and home on the weekends. I'm currently alone in the hospital with my infant. 😒

Just stop using bleach? 😂 there are plenty of safe cleaners that don’t cause fumes.

Bleach is a deep clean cleaner. Or when you’re washing whites. It’s def too harsh of a chemical to be using on everything every cleaning. It’s also terrible for you to be breathing in. Furthermore it’s equally as dangerous for your other kid and all too easy to cause a room to get fumey. Def just put the bleach down and clean your surfaces with safe surface cleaners.

She usually does but right now she is teething and will not let me put her down for anything 😩 @jmedina,

Oh ya that and growth spurts are horrible! I'm guessing even a swing wont work? Just do what you can, it will all get done eventually lol. With my last (and hardest baby) I had my daughter to entertain him while I got things done but that's not really advice since you other child is 2 😂

Does she not nap without you holding her? I would do things during nap/bedtime but he slept in his crib so I was able to lol. Or my son loved his little baby play mat at that age and would give me a little time to do things.

My husband works a lot as well. When my daughter was little she was the same way, I’d put her to bed for the night n stay up cleaning until I got tired

Same though. 😅

My husband works between 70-80 hours a week.

I have a new little one that’s arriving in 4ish weeks, and I’ve already given up hope. 😂🤷🏼‍♀️

Does your SO ever notice?!?

Does your SO ever notice?!? Does your SO/DH notice when u do things around the house?!?! I ask because I dropped the kids off at school this am then spent about 3 of my 4 free hours cleaning the entire downstairs. Living room, dining room, powder room and kitchen. Like scrubbed counters, toilets moved couches vacuumed and mopped everything. My house was sparkling clean when he got home and didn't even notice!!! Like wtf I just spent hours cleaning u would think he would at least notice but no wha wha he didn't!!!

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

do you... Clean up after your SO is done cooking? Or vice versa? DF was cooking and while he was cooking I unloaded the dish washer and hand washed the pot he had used and put dishes in the dish washer, so by the time he got his plate, dishes were done and left overs were in Tupperware on the counter just in case anyone wanted seconds and counters were wiped down. The room mate asked me why I do that, and I just say that's how I was raised. I always clean up after anyone cooks in the house, even after myself. I clean as I cook, so DF doesn't clean up because it's done before dinner is finished lol. But there's rare occasions where he'd be in the kitchen while I cook so he does help out with the cleaning since i cook during the day sometimes so we can heat it up when it's dinner time. I want everyone to get their first and seconds before I eat. My mom has taught me to always clean up after your spouse makes dinner, it's only fair. They put their effort into cooking, you should always help them out.
