I use coconut oil and leave conditioner in it every time we wash and brush which is about every other day. Sometimes every day.

There is also a product called "hair pudding ". It was recommended to me by a Jamaican lady with a mixed daughter. It was the only product that worked for her daughter as her daughters hair was a different grade than all of my kids.... it worked wonders too! Any salon would have it.

I'll stop yapping now. Hope something I said helped lol

This is what I do with my boys hair. I've wanted to grow it out, but his texture of hair is so curly it turns into dreads if long.

With my youngest her hair is really nice a curly but holds moisture well, so doesn't frizz or knot as the others 2 do. If she were a boy I would let it grow and be longer as I could manage it. This is a really bad photo of her hair lol

My point to all this, it really would depend on their grade of hair with what to do with it. I use the same product on all their hair. I'll post some pictures of products I've use/use. The first photo is 1 of 4 in a line of products. I've used this one and a papaya one, both worked well.

There are lots in this line of product. All the ones I've tried worked well

If you cut it give him a fade but if you decide to let it grow just use grease on it

I recommend checking out The Beauty Room Group on Facebook.

If you search in the search bar (once you’ve been approved & added to the group) “mixed baby hair” you’ll find a handful of other people asking the same kind of questions.

That group is nice because like half the members are stylists.

We plan on trimming Jaxon's curls, but for now I use cantu products in his hair, just a little to keep it moisturized. and I use gorilla snot gel for his bangs and for my edges 😂

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?
