I think that’s Illegal. The bank has to provide you with the closing statement 3 days prior to closing

It’s hard to help when I don’t know where the 1,500 came from. But yes you should have been advised on truth in lending statement call your loan officer ASAP.

Our closing date has been pushed back THREE times . Because they constantly keep asking for more things last minute . After we put the home owners insurance on the house today we should get our final closing date . We put the bid and percentage of the down payment down 3 months ago. We were supposed to close December 30th, then January 22nd , then Monday. So frustrated .

I know . When my boyfriend gets to work he’s gonna fax over these few things they asked for and hopefully this is it . Fingers crossed 🤦🏻♀️ been in my moms house for 3 months . Almost four . I’m over it
