I know your suppose to drink water while pregnant but water makes me nausea (even makes me get sick sometimes) and i know i'm getting dehydrated because of how i feel. What can i drink that's healthy for pregnancy other than water?

I always did lemon slices in a cup with a straw, I would drink more if I could sip it

Ice & lemon!!!! I had all day sickness most of my pregnancy and that’s what helped me

Juice, pop, tea, all help. You can flavor your water or water down your preferred non alcoholic beverages as well, as an option. Or just drink it as you normally would. Minus any alcohol of course.

Caffeine intake should be limited to 200mg a day. Other then that I wouldn't stress too much. drink something that tastes good but keeps you hydrated.

Try putting some fruit in your water to make it easier to drink. You could also eat fruit or veggies that contains lots of water like watermelon, strawberries or cucumbers. Teabags can also give some flavor.

Try adding some fruit to your water, lemon, berries, even rosemary or mint can add some flavor without adding sugar or caffeine
