Can moms eat ice and drink cold water while baby swims?
I donot know how some moms can eat ice or drink cold/ hot water while they know their baby swims in the water then will be cold or hot . 🤔😇😇

I think you guys didn't understand my post.I was saying that too cold water or ice can make the baby cold as well. Babies need water more than us .I drink water and alot of different drink like electrolyte ones but in room temperature. I hope this makes it clear

Dehydration is the last thing you want to have.The baby is surrounding by water so it's very vital for them
You know that amniotic fluid is made by the body and not directly what mom drinks, right? And after 20 weeks it’s mostly the baby’s urine lol please tell me you understand the way the body works at the very least.

I drink all the time but in room temperature and so happy with that.
It's not a joke,so why when the baby doesn't move, they ask you to drink cold water.Its bcz the baby feels cold and push themselves away from it.
