So the day before yesterday I noticed my daughter who is 15 months had a slit in her pacifier, of course she has teeth and from time to time chews on it but not a lot. Well I threw that one away, which was pink, and gave her the back up one that was purple. From the minute she held it she didn't want it. I tried another back up blue one and she wont take it either. I'm wondering if it's the color or she just up and decided she was done with pacifiers🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️😂 She hasn't been to whiny and seems to be doing fine without it. She slept just about the whole night without it. Although I'm leaning more towards it dealing with the color cause like my child is a very particular child lol imma get another pink pacifier and keep it as a back up and use this as the opportunity to get her off it for good if I can!! Now if I can only get my 2 year old off hers🤣

I know! I'm excited but we are out and about a lot so I wanna back up just in case she has a meltdown 🤣🤣

right. I watch a 2 yr old and I take it away but her mom said she has to have it all day. No you want her to have it...lol

@momof3cuties the only time my 2 year old has hers is if she takes nap or bed time. Any other time no nook. The I'm trying to get her off it for nap and bed time but it's not as easy as I thought. I tried to just not give it to her and let her cry it out but she would not go to sleep and fused her for an hour! And car rides have not been fun cause she cries the whole time for it🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🙄

that's great! i finally took away the bottle after he started doing that, now he's strictly sippy and i'm so proud.

Yes she has been off the bottle since 1. Once she started getting all the table food she didn't even cry for it. Every once in a while if she is having a hard time sleeping I'll give her a 8oz toddler milk bottle or if I feel like she hasn't gotten enough in if it's a picky eating day. But legit I have 1 bottle in the house.😂 I'm not gonna force her if she doesn't want it
