In need of help my son dr said his bellybutton looks like this because he has a hernia and his the dominoes are not connected. She said they should go back on there own but idk what that mean or anything. More info or should I go get 2 opinion??

To avoid those we tape a coin over their belly button so that it doesn’t pop out when they cry. Works like a charm.
-my 5 years old && 9 month old have a hernia on their belly buttons but wasn’t born with them..my 5year olds went down but his doctor still want to have surgery but I wouldn’t let him because I was afraid 😟 my 9month old still have his && it is huge🙄his doctor won’t perform surgery on his until he about 2..
My daughter had one and it went away when she was a year old. They told me if she still had it when she was 3 they wouldn’t send her to a specialist to see if she needed surgery but thankfully it went away.
My god sister's daughter has hernia and she's one. They told her it should go away on its own.
A lot of babies are born with hernias. Typically they repair themselves by age 5 at the latest.
My son had a hernia too it lasted for quite a while but it did go away eventually. We didn’t do anything too it just let it alone.
Both my baby's belly buttons looked like that and they went back in don't worry to much mama
