What sent me into labor was doing deep squats for an hour straight. Finally brought the baby down to dilate me more.

Bounce on a yoga ball might help push baby down and dilate you more

Walk as much as possible I walked for 2 hours straight and dilated from 3-5cm

I’ve been walking a lot she is so stubborn lol. I’m thinking I’m at least 2cm right now. If I make it to the 11th (my next ob appt) they will check me again probably to see how far dilated I am. It sucks not knowing how far dilated you are.

I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! FTM problems... So I've made it pretty clear that I want to buy my daughter her fist Halloween costume. Her babysitter/nanny keeps saying she wanted to make her one. I told her yesterday that I wanted to find her something that my SO and I could dress up as a family. So I told her I am going to get it. She just text me and said 'not trying to step on your toes but I bought her two costumes'. She does this all the time. Anytime I want to do the "first" things with her she immediately does it.
