I am 20 weeks pregnant and for some reason for the last month I've just been incredibly depressed and not feeling like myself I don't know if this is normal because my life has change so much in the last 20 weeks has anyone ever felt like this

Oh yes, right around then is when I just had panic attack after panic attack. It's "normal" but please address it. ❤️
