Anyone on here who can't drink cows milk without having serious stomach issues? I am drinking fair life but it's still hurting my stomach. I do not like almond milk. I love to drink chocolate milk though so I need something that will taste good without cereal in it. What's y'alls favorite?
Has anyone ever actually became lactose intolerant while pregnant? Every time I eat cereal,drink milk or any dairy product my stomach gets very upset and bubbly. If so what kind of milk should I drink? I hate not being able to drink it I love milk! 🐄🍼
need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
Has anyone switched their baby from milk to tea before? I feel like my daughter drinking too much milk and she loves tea( of course without caffine). I was going to try it next week.
I just tried grass fed organic milk..... I think i have been drinking wayyyy processed milk for too long because i think i just taisted the grass in the milk like it realllyy is grassy milk and dont know why i didnt like it 🤔am I supposed to boil before drinking it?

Cashew milk has the same consistency as regular milk my hubby is lactose intolerant so we likes that kind

So far every milk that’s lactose free has hurt my stomach too except darigold lactose free. I’ve been drinking it for about 2 years now and I haven’t had any stomach issues with it! And it tastes really good. I usually get nonfat or 1%. It’s not in the same spot as regular darigold milk usually. I think it with like soy and cashew milk. Definitely worth trying!

Rice milk is very flavorless. I’ve always liked it for stuff like cereal

My mother in law drinks this milk called A2. It's milk without the a1 protein. The a1 protein is what messes with ppl stomach. She said it tasted good, try it.
