Has anyone ever actually became lactose intolerant while pregnant? Every time I eat cereal,drink…

I can't drink or eat anything with milk, and I could before my pregnancy. like, I can't have mashed potatoes anymore or anything along those lines.... I end up sick the whole day, puking and nausea.

Lactose free milk! Lactaid or whatever. I couldn't drink regular milk before pregnancy and I want cereal all the time and I LOVE being able to use the lactaid milk and not feel like I'm gonna puke :)

@traymond, same here I used to drink a cup of milk every morning

I am an almond milk drinker I'm used to it so the different taste doesn't bother me. But I would try it I I were you!

I drink it with ovaltine.

I've got it too. I love milk, yogurts, food with milk.. But now I become super bloated, and feel sick :( I buy lactose free , but it is sweeter that normal milk:(

I drink lactaid milk. It's good
