Sooo I’m in the process of finding a new part time job, do I tell them upfront that I am pregnant or wait? I feel like honesty is the best policy. What do y’all think?!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?

Nope by law you don't have to tell them at all Its none of their business and if you do tell them they might not hire you since you will be going on maternity leave at some point

I wouldn’t tell them let them see the baby bump or if they don’t notice by 6 months tell them. But they don’t have to pay you for maternity leave or keep your job since you haven’t been there a Certain amount of time. At least that’s how it is in California.

I didn't tell my job when I got hired at 4 months pregnant. It wasn't a big deal. I didn't get paid maternity leave but I got 6 weeks off after baby was born. I've been there almost 5 years now.

I would hold off until after you get the position. They might not claim the reason they aren’t hiring you is because your pregnant but it probably is. It’s so early in you pregnancy too.
