So I give my daughter 4oz every bottle...she still cries after she drinks it all...I'm afraid of giving her 2oz more cuz I feel like she will spit up/projectile vomit like she has been...I hate it when she projectile vomits because she looks miserable and it breaks my heart 😟 what can I do until her doctors appointment which is on the 12th, to avoid her spitting up/projectile vomiting...I worry about her so much she's my first and only child so I'm new to this. She did it on the yellow can of Enfamil and the one she is on now (that her pediatrician switched her too) is Enfamil AR.....she is 2 months
@bipolarmommyofone, that’s why she is constipated due to the added rice. My son had reflux and was spitting up we put him on gentlease and that helped him it has broken down proteins it’s easier on the belly plus he was on Zantac to help with the vomiting . or if there is an allergy nutramigen which is hypoallergenic. I would ask your pediatricians opinion though if the formula you switched to isn’t working. Enfamil AR didn’t work for my son either
@michellemybell09 my boyfriend was thinking gentleease as well!
Babies with reflux don't know the difference between hunger pain and reflux pain. Make sure you pace feed, burp every half ounce
@bipolarmommyofone try every half ounce. Control her flow and make her drink slow. Less more often is best. Better to avoid a full belly
@laniejay we have the playlex bottles also so she doesn't drink so much air
It's not just matter of air. It's to get her not to drink so fast. Again, they don't know the difference between the hunger pain and reflux. Also the hormone to tell her she's full takes some time to kick in. So she'll suck it down as fast as she can thinking it will help and fill her stretched belly wick isn't good. Seems as if you aren't really looking for suggestions though as you seem to have answers for it all so best of luck
Do 2 oz at a time. You have to feed her twice as often. Or do 2 oz then wait like 5 mins and give her the rest. I had to do that with my son. I thought it was a hungry cry. But his tummy was upset from drinking too fast.
@bipolarmommyofone ohkay then she might be lactose intolerant talk to her doctor about it. If she's still crying after 6oz something is wrong. How is her poop.? And how often is she pooping
@sleepymommy she doesn't poop that much and is always constipated 😭 we're thinking she's lactose intolerant cuz my boyfriend (her dad) is also
@bipolarmommyofone look into switching formula that happened to my daughter at one point she was pooping blood she was so constipated.
My 3 month old is throwing up all her milk ! I'm so tired of seeing her spit it all up..Her ped doesn't seem to mind because she's gaining weight! But this time she spitting up more then last few months ! Help what can I do ?

Her helmet she got so she can be safe (as she told me) when she rides her bike and scooter lol

is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know
the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page
My baby was on enfamil gentlease but he was throwing up with it so they switched him to enfamil nutramigen and hes throwing up a ton more with it like alot hes been on it since 9/20 what should i do?
What kind of formula is she on?
