Husband's Abuse: Left, Eviction, Protection Order, Advice Needed?
I know I deleted the previous post but just an update, I left my husband's and went to where he can't find me until I can get him evicted from my house.

I've been with my spouse a year and married for 2 months. at first he was sweet and caring and made me feel so special. Slowly he started showing me what happens when he gets mad. At first he'd blame the alcohol and promise to quite then after awhile it wasn't the beer effecting him but it was me making him mad. Halloween he actually put his hands on me by choking me for a few seconds, dragging me through the house naked by my hair, and shoving me down on the wood beam to the sectional where I hit my arm on the heater. I tried to tell him to leave and he said he would but first he'd kill my son and burn my house down with me in it. This time he didn't try to change or stop drinking or make any promises to be better, he said I made him mad and crazy and that was it. The next two weeks he constaly called me while he was working, checked my messages and phone records
Anytime I left the house to run errands with the kids in tow he said I was out whoring around. He treats my son like the ugly step child over his two kids and calls him a bitch. Yesterday while he was at work I finally got the courage to leave and report him to the police. I have a long road ahead of me but I'm much happier feeling safe and my son and unborn child safe even if I have to struggle for awhile considering I have no income myself because he refused to let me have a job and would sabatage any interview I got. I know I can get a probono lawyer and file for divorce and an order of protection, get him arrested, get emergency food stamps and utility and child care assistance. Does any ladies that have been through this have any other advice for wise words for me? It would be very much appreciated.

Yes document everything! Any writing/recordings is solid proof of his threats in the event he tries to have any rights to your unborn baby.
I'm so proud of you for finding the strength and courage to leave him.
So glad you're safe. Please, please don't go back no matter what he says. Your last post didn't mention the abuse of your son and threatening to kill him. Keep that baby safe.

You probably saved your life as well as your sons! Good for you. Definitely save every message and only have conversations through text so you can document and help your case.
Save any messages he sent you and block his ass!

now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.
