I was putting on the alarm first few days because the nurses at the hospital told me you have to make sure you feed overnight to keep the milk supply going. Now he just wakes me up when he is hungry and it’s within 2-3 hours depending on how much he ate in the prior feeding. Although I still have an alarm on for 4 hours during the night Incase he doesn’t wake me up.

I've always fed my babies on demand, no alarms or schedules until they start solids.

As long as there gaining weight and above birth weight let them sleep they will wake when their hungry
