Yes I know the pain.. mines lasted a week it became a not in my arm just rub it with alcohol and massage your arm as much as possible.

move your arm as much as you normally would, it'll help the soreness go away quicker. Mine only lasted about 2 1/2 days. I kept moving my arm through the pain cause my nurse told me it'd kill the pain quicker. She was right.
