@jeannettegmz2 Where I work we use Violife cheese and it's the best I've had, it melts really good and gluten free if that's an issue. Patties are :
•1can chick peas drained(save 3 tablespoons of liquid)
•1 can pinto beans rinsed and drained
•half White onion minced (sauteed optional)
•2-3 cloves garlic
•1/2 cup rolled oats
•1cup flour, pancake flour mix, blended down oats, panko these are just different things you could use to be honest I don't even measure as long as the mixture is kinda sticky
•Adobo, 1tbsp chili powder, 1tbsp black ppr 1tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tbsp salt
(You can season however you like tho that's where all the magic comes from)
Yeah not so much a fan of daiya. I want to try the miyokos line. Did you make the chickpea patty yourself?
@jeannettegmz2 I prefer Chao brand however I used Daiya American slices bur my man's favorite is the cheddar shreds😊
