How the heating pad works for you 😊

@feliciagarza98 I've been taking hot baths after work and it helps a little. But a little is better than mine at all , so I'll take it. Whatever helps. Thanks for the advice ! Apparently it's both of ours struggle! I'm getting a heat pad tonight also.

@angikay, awe well I hope it lets up for you nice warm showers helped me like running the water on my back and using a heating pad they say if you ice your back then warm it up with a heating pad it helps losen up those muscles massages work too

@feliciagarza98 I work it while in at work because I don't have a choice. I'm at work ya know. But it's such a terrible pain. It's been bad the past few days. I hope it doesn't get worse from here on out. I feel for you if you went through that all these years and still do. That's horrible.

@angikay, I’m sorry you going through that I would not wish that pain on anyone ! I’ve dealt with since 2016 With my first it got so bad pregnant with my second I had to quit my job and go to physical therapy 3 times a week sadly nothing helps for it 😔 they say work it but it’s impossible when you can barely walk or even stand up straight

@feliciagarza98 that's how I feel so now I know it's my sciatic nerve. When it strikes I can barely walk or move. It hurts so bad. It's been off and on the past 2 or 3 days. More on than off , sadly. Tylenol doesn't help. I'm hesitant about Tylenol anyways even though I know it's pregnancysafe so normally I just have to deal with it. But it's terrible when it happens at work as I do hone remodeling for a living and I'm always on my feet. Ugh.

@angikay, I have never used one but if it does work let me know so I can try one lol when my siactic nerve pain flares up I become helpless lol I have to lay down on couch for days until it lets up I can barley move

@feliciagarza98 that's how I am with my girl. I had all day sickness. Then it eased up around 14 weeks , now I only have morning sickness , every once in awhile , all day sickness. I'm almost 19 weeks now. The back pain is horrible !!

@angikay, awe ! See with my boys I had night time sickness but now pregnant i horrible morning sickness and allday sickness I can’t hold anything down I’m actually losing weight i crave fruits and sweets and salads with my boys I craved junked food lol

@feliciagarza98 thanks hun !! Beautiful name!! With My first daughter, she's 16 now, I had no symptoms. I threw up once my entire pregnancy, it had to be the easiest pregnancy ever !! This one everyone thought boy because this baby has drug me through the mud, sickness, pains, bleeding, you name it. But I still felt inside it was a girl and I was right. Symptoms didn't mean anything for me , as far as gender goes !

@angikay, after two boys my husband was sure this was a boy and I said from day one I had gut feeling this was girl because this pregnancy has been so different from my boys I love That name it’s beautiful! We are forsure calling her Mia 😍 but not

@feliciagarza98 lol... everyone was sure it was a boy buy I felt it was a girl and I was right. I found out at 14 weeks. Then through my anatomy scan again at 16 weeks and my genetics testing confirm3d!! I'm excit3d as well. Any names thought of yet? Our little girl is scarlette jayde !
