I am so hungry all the time and I want to sleep all the time to. Idk what is going on or what to do about it. I don’t want to weigh what I weigh this is really starting to depress me a lot

@april0416 sounds good! I went on Zoloft for a while, and it took about 2 weeks to level out and really see if it would help me. And it did. Not sure what you're taking, but there seems to be a little adjustment period before you get the full benefits. I hope that it helps you though! Being tired all the time with a 2 year old is a nightmare 😵

@techie_grrl, I have started a new medicine I been tacking it about a week now the side effects are finally wearing off I think and going to see how I feel in another week or so

@april0416 depression can also cause you to sleep too much or too little. Maybe treat the depression and go from there?

I think with the wanting to eat all the time it is comfort food and being depressed

B12 for energy (I have lupus and when I start feeling overly tired all the time, this really helps.) And if you're hungry, eat!!! Your body clearly needs something or is lacking in nutrients of you're feeling exhausted AND hungry all the time. Just make healthy choices, don't fall into the sugar/carb/comfort food trap. Eat fresh fruits and veggies.
