So my friend has a child who goes to school form 8- 2:30 and then after school club 2:30 to 7:00 do you think that it's to long a day for her and she is a only child.

It's cool she likes it but by the time she gets home it's almost bed time and she didn't spend no time with her you know? I wouldn't mind my son having after school hobby but not for so long till 730 is a long time.

Yea but she can different time with her. I just think that's too long if your at home. That can be mommy and baby time. My son don't have no one to play with at home either. Don't mean I'll send him away all day i hang out with him.
@kristcoleman88 no she doesn't work but her daughter says she doesn't have any one to play with at home cause that's where all her friends go after school
If she don't work that's crazy. She can get her social time at school.
That does seem long but i beam off you both work and all you do what you got to do i guess. Me and my hubs work but we work different shifts so one of us is always with the kids. I had to work 2nd shift once and i left my son with grandma till like that late but was with him in the am.
No she thinks that her having other kids to play with helps her to be more social and she complains cause it's no one at home to play with
It is a long day depending on the age of the child. Does the mom work? Is that why she's in the after school program
