When did all of your babies start sleeping through the night? my daughter is 7 months and 2 weeks and this is night 4…

From birth my daughter would jus wake up for a bottle 1 time time in the night and go right back to bed. When she turned 2 months she slept thru thr whole night inless i woke her

5 1/2 months, I sleep trained for 3 or 4 nights and then he has slept through ever since, sleeps from 7:30-7:30 and naps 1-3:30 without fail....I love schedule, routine and sleep training!

@chadandtanya14, I agree! We never did a CIO method, mostly just strict routine. I feel like babies and kids thrive on routine. My mother in law jokes that my 2 year old is “programmed” because he knows his schedule. She always says he is so easy to get to nap and go to bed when he stays with her.

20 months old. And even to this day she has trouble sleeping through

@catlikethief mines too lol she will roll over for breast milk but ...she does it in her sleep.does that count lol

So far? Never..... oldest will be 4 in November.

@jack.ass that's good. When I sleep trained her I never let her cry it out either. I tried it twice but felt bad and since then never did it. If she wakes up she finds get wubbanub and goes back to sleep before I even get there but that was before she started sleeping thru the night. Im always there as well if she needs me like you said so she knows i will come when she calls

@chadandtanya14, my older two I was just lucky. We don’t believe in CIO we did what they needed at night. Even with my youngest taking to just now- when he wakes at night, he wakes and calls for us - no crying. They know if they call, we’ll be there.

@blueismycolor sleep training is a blessing and is wonderful to help the babies sleep and get a good sleep! Good job mama. I was determined to have her on a routine and kept the routine religiously

@ek620 true enough. She wouldn't latch at all and I even had a lactation consultant help for 2 weeks with no luck. So i pumped for the first 8 weeks then formula feed. She was very easy to sleep train because she didn't cry like crazy and i went into her room on her first cries and comforter her. She also sleeps to music and knows now when the CD goes on its bedtime and i can put her in her crib wide awake and she will lay her head down and go to sleep without me having to go in her room once.

All 3 of mine were sleeping through the night by 4 months. I did sleep training with all three.

2 years old for my youngest.

6 months for my middle.

2 months for my oldest.

Every baby is different. Sleeping through the night is a neurological milestone that is normal not to reach until 5.

13 months. Every baby is different, many parents aren’t comfortable sleep training early, and breastfed babies can wake more frequently to eat. On the other end of things, some babies are great sleepers very early on. It depends on many factors!

@chadandtanya14, we co sleep and have since birth so she still nurses through the night. On a good night she'll only wake up two or three times 😊

@catlikethief dang! My girl has been sleep trained since 3 months old so bed at 7pm every night. she was up at 11 to eat then 4am but now shes asleep at 7 and up at 7:30am and I give her a bottle and she drinks it by herself and goes back to sleep till 10am for the past 4 nights!

My daughter is over a year old and has never slept through 😂
