Soo im driving and i feel something pop then i started leaking not alot to the point where it drips but it was like a big wet spot on my underwears and it went thru my dress. Should i go to the emergency room ? Im only 29 weeks but i dont feel pain or anything and baby is moving

Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights
did every ones SO go to EVERY dr appointment with them?? im at my appointment and its not an ultrasound or anything so i told my boyfriend he can stay home and sleep... im here and everyone has their guy with them.. im feeling lonely now:/

How much have u guys gained so far? I feel huge😭. Im already 140lbs (prepregancy was 122lbs) and Im 36,5inches around my belly. Still 9,5weeks left.
I swear im leaking fluid... But the test says Im not:/ My bladder must be broken or something lol. I just feel little gushes coming out randomly and I can't control it. ugh.
