So for mamas who have been sick, what did you do to keep your baby from getting sick? I have quite the cold and slight sore throat. My baby has never been sick yet (thank goodness) and neither have I until this point. I’m worried I’ll pass my cold onto him. Since I’m his primary caregiver, what can I do ?! I wash my hands before picking him up or handling his food. I try to breathe or look the other way when holding him but does that even work?! 😩😂. Ugh. A little worried he’ll get sick from me....

Are you breast feeding? If so you can rest a little easy that your milk is helping him fight what you are fighting and it's harder for him to get sick from you. Good luck :)
I’m wearing a mask around him now too. This cold sucks so I would feel so awful if he got it
If he gets sick he will be okay! Sounds like you are doing everything you can
@paperplane, yes he’s breastfed. Thank goodness !! I didn’t realize that it can happen that quickly - I caught the cold on Wednesday and he’s not showing any signs so I’m hoping he’ll be fine
