@capricorn_mommy_14, wow! He needs to understand what you're going through. Maybe you can take him to the counselor with you so she/he can help you explain it to him?

@capricorn_mommy_14, that's good, so glad you reached out! And remember the meds don't have to be forever, just get yourself better and go from there.

@capricorn_mommy_14 that's what I'm on as well. It helps. Just make sure you take it every single day.

Update @mymisa22, @tiffanyf, @nicemmcha2015, stop by my clinic today and she has me on 50mg Zoloft and referred me to a counselor and that appointment is Wednesday next week and she wants me to come back in a month to check on me.

@capricorn_mommy_14, I understand. Sometimes even just talking to someone can help. I hope you start feeling better. The newborn stage is hard! It will get better.

@mymisa22, no I haven’t and I’ve had depression and anxiety since high school but having these kids made it a lot worse. I just don’t want to be on meds again.

Have you talked to your obgyn about these feelings? You could have PPD, and if so there's no shame in it! Some women just need a little help until our hormones are back to normal.

@nicemmcha2015, I just don’t know what to do. I thought the mom life was for me but I feel like it’s not. Don’t get me wrong I love my kids but mom life is not what I expected. I probably have the fussiest kids in the world. I want to cry on a daily!

As much as I understand the feeling some days... the husband, sure leave em. But those babies need their mama.
