Any of you had Italian wedding soup?? It is my favorite soup ever!! 🥣🥣🥣Just got a recipe online to make it in the crock pot. Super excited😍 anybody have any soups that they love and would want to share? I’ve been craving soup lately lol
@elliots.mom Ingredients: zucchini, leek, fennel, fresh garlic, vegetable stock, salt and pepper, olive oil.
Prepping: cut up zucchini, cut up fennel, cut top of leek(green leaves) and bottom off leak cut a slit through it then soak it in cold water ( there is a lot of dirt this rinses It out) chop that up. Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan on medium. Add and zucchini fennel and leek with some fresh garlic simmer for 10 minutes then add in 2 tablespoons of Veggie stock simmer for another 5 minutes add in two cups of Veggie stock, cover with a lid cook till tender. Then put it in a blender and enjoy!!! It is good with toast or ham. I am I would not know cuz I do not eat it but my SO likes it

@elliots.mom everyone has different thoughts on pot pie but i mean like a soup, i make mine with a thickened chicken stock, obv chicken, carrots, potatoes and sometimes corn and than usually pot pie dough but sometimes i like to use the broken up type spaghetti noodles that i get from the amish stands at farmers markets
@zaynesmommy1889, I’ve tried to recreate that soup 4 times now and it’s just not the same as Olive Garden! Idk what I’m doing wrong but I want some now
