What kind of rash could this be? 2 photos

So yesterday the bigger one looked like a rough patch. He was wearing some thick pj pants, so I was surprised to see that when I saw him scratching in the area. The red spots around the bigger one looked like pimples before they look the way they do in the photo. I’m hoping to god it’s something else. I’m going to take him to the pediatrician but before I do I need to give his bed a wash. Anyone recommend anything to ensure any bugs are gone?

Those are either bed bugs or some large mosquitos . Not a rash . I’d look around the rims of all the beds and see if it looks like dirty ? Like I cant explain it . That’s where they hid in my exes house

I think that they could be bedbug bites as well. @ladyfreyja I’m the exact same way. I always know when someone has bed bugs because I get ate up but nobody else gets affected by them.

Bed bugs? They always bite in a pattern or trail like that. Also not everyone gets symptoms from their bite. So if he just has it, he's probably the only one affected by it. I've been bit a bunch all over my legs when I stayed at someone else's house and no one else in the house had them

Looks like small bug bites. Hydrogen peroxide and anti itching cream you are good to go 😊 got to love the summer and all the critters that comes with it lol.
