I went to urgent care when I was pregnant because I had a bad toothache couldn't talk eat or drink or sleep. It was sooooooooo bad I was up for days crying and the poor baby was stressed out. So they gave me liquid lidocaine to swish and spit and omg it took the pain away and I felt so much better.

Clove oil on a cotton bud(Q tip) rub it on the sore tooth. It tastes awful and you can't swallow it, so do it over a basin so you can let the drool just run out of your mouth. It definitely works though. I had a dentist recommend it to me years ago when I was waiting to get a tooth pulled.
