Hey ladies, I have a question.

My doctor had told my to stop doing my workout routine when I was 8 weeks or so, because I was under weight and she wanted me to focus on gaining.

Now that I'm 24 weeks and 140lbs, would it hurt if it started doing yoga or something at least?

I'll check with my doctor when I see her again obviously

Prenatal yoga 👌🏻 can’t see why there would be an issue.
