Any advice for a mommy trying to loose a few pounds? But don’t have time or anyone to watch kids to have a gym membership. And I like coffee like a lot... pls anything would help. And I don’t like taking any weight loss pills.
Omg! Y’all are so amazing life savers. I’ve been killing myself drinking so much water and eating salads. Literally just salads and water getting kind of tired of it. And I was drinking monsters energy drinks twice a day and about 2 or 3 Starbucks coffees. But I quit no energy drinks and only coffee but one cup a day and only 2 spoons of sugar but I do put powder creamer. But I think it’s better than what I was drinking. I’m trying I know I’ve gained a lot since I got married and had 4 kids. I just want to get to at least 150. I’m about 190 and my daughter is already 1 yrs old. It’s been hard I had 4 csections and never really tried loosing it. So now it’s caught up to me
Honestly loosing weight and being active doesn’t go hand in hand. You need to watch what you eat and change your diet or you’ll never loose it. When you combine that with being active you’ll see faster results.
Take every possible moment to be active. Do squats or jumping jacks while your coffee is brewing, lunges while doing laundry, high knees or run in place during a commercial break. Little things add up. Most importantly, pay attention to what you’re eating. 80% of weight loss is in what you eat! Have one day a week to have a yummy fattening meal as a reward for your hard work.
