breast feeding
So, with my first, I only breast fed him for like 2 months. I wanted to for at least a year but he was a preemie and need to be supplemented formula and that caused him to never latch and my supply to drop. Sooo give me all your best breast feeding tips please! I'm 35 weeks today so I wanna be prepared and doing everything i can to breast feed for as long as possible.

For my supply I drink smoothies with all the stuff that's supposed to help lactation like oatmeal, flaxseed, almonds etc. For Mother's Milk tea, I've found that mixing it with cream soda or root beer helps take away the nasty taste. Also works for Jäger. I downloaded an app that tracks how long he eats and on what side, when he has a diaper change and if it's #1 or #2, when he took a bath, and other things like medication, mood, etc. Set up a station with things you'll need like a blanket and pillow, charger, book, movie, drinks, whatever bc during the cluster feeding stage you'll need it rather than sitting down to feed and wishing you had grabbed a snack first. Also, drink water, like soooo much and avoid caffeine.

Water, water, water and healthy snacks. Just make sure you have something to eat and drink before sitting down to BF. I don't know how many times I was out of water but was stuck under a baby lol.
Laying down in your bed with you LO beside you is a good way to breastfeed. Doing that was a life saver for me!

It is super useful, I always forget what side I was on and it helps track his sleep and puts my mind at ease to see that he's dirtying so many diapers. I show his pediatrician too when she asks how he's eating and she seems to appreciate the simplicity of being able to see exactly how much he eats and potties. I haven't used the forums or anything, BB is enough for me there.
