Depends on how he spit.. If he was speaking and saliva was all over the place I wouldn't take it personal pissed but not walkout the door. Now if he hacked up or took whatever salavia he had in his mouth and decided to spit on me intentionally nope.. I would lose it.. Leaving is entirely up to you.. No judgement here. That's personal so you have to know your self worth what's your relationship worth and is he willing to seek help to resolve your marital problems that's the real question because your not in the marriage alone so you both need to decide which way to go but first both of you need to distinguish there's a problem then try to find a solution that suits both of you minus the kids right now

In some places, spitting in someone’s face can lead to criminal assault charges. If you spit in the face of a cop, you could be looking at 10-20 JUST for that. Just goes to show how incredibly disrespectful it is. Any man that would spit in the face of someone he ever claimed to love is a huge fuck no.
