Depends on how he spit.. If he was speaking and saliva was all over the place I wouldn't take it personal pissed but not walkout the door. In some places, spitting in someone’s face can lead to criminal assault charges. If you spit in the face of a cop, you could be looking at 10-20 JUST for that.
