Moms!! I don't know if this is a tip or trick... but here ya go... with my 1st two pregnancies I exercised none. This 3rd pregnancy has seriously been so painful physically my hips and sciatic nerve are excruciating. I decided to get back to light exercise and girls I cried the 1st day like every single minute on the treadmill was physically awful! I've sucked it up and after only 10 days Im on the treadmill pain free & stair-stepper and having much less pain in the evenings!!! I feel like its helping SOO much! Just thought if you are hurting a lot try going towards the pain and knock it out, I'm thankfully feeling optimistic about my next 15 weeks!! & I'm noticing its already kicking out some of my love handles woohoo lol Hope this encourages one of you Momma's who is in pain with lots of time to go & grow! 💗🤰🏽
@hollyn216 that's a bargain I hope to find something similar I'll be on the lookout I want to work now then after the baby. And the childcare option that's a must..
@prettyflower1033, I'm cheap I mean my kids definitely come 1st! I got lucky this gym was only $5 for my 1st month and $25 after that +++ Child care in this huge room where I can see my girls or else I couldn't do this in the heat of the Summer. Maybe you can find somewhere similar?
