Sorry, haven’t posted in a while. It has been a rough couple of weeks. Hailey was born on the 11th. She is still in the NICU. She was born with PRS(Pierre Robin Sequence). She also has a possibility of Dwarfism, we are awaiting results from a genetic test. She has a lot ahead of her but is going strong.

PRS is a fancy way of saying cleft pallet and a recessed chin.

Drs say she is doing great. I can’t wait to get her home though. Hopefully in about a week. We had to have a PEG tube placed due to her not being able to eat from a bottle. Thankfully they are reversible and can eventually teach her how to eat.

Other than that she is doing great.
