So anyone have any experience with getting tubes tied? Any side effects ect?

I want to tie mine through a c section so bad but my doc says he won't do a c section unless baby is breech, which he's not. So he's talking to me about iuds until I'm older so we can just take everything out. Sigh.

Got mine tied in Jan after my last boy, everyone im sure will respond differently to it of course but I haven't had any problems five months in at all.. My period is normal if anything shorter and lighter then before.. And My periods been very regular as well, I hear some women wont even have a period Lol and I don't think I cramp as much as my period before either .. No bad juju here 💁🏼

I've had mine done b4 I definitely don't recommend it at all.. Read my tubes tide story in my profile it explains why I don't recommend it

I had mine done last September. No side effects whatsoever. The only thing that seems to have changed is that my periods went from being 6 days to 3. And they don't hurt as bad. Idk if that's a result of having my tubes tied or if my body has decided to just give me a break for a change.

It’s still kind of dangerous beacuse I’ve seen too many people get pregnant when there tunes were tied and almost died

I just got mine done. It's not that bad. I've had 3 periods since the beginning of may which btw sucked. But I'm just happy to not have anymore babies

@lydia09876 I didn't mean that in a bad way. Some people would think thwir lives were ending with a period that long. But it seems to be a small price to pay to not have more kids. Lol

My periods went from 3 days to 8 days long
