Lay down in a quiet area, drink some ice cold water, wait for some movements.

@johannarmaria babies go through moods like mommy does. Some days they kick a lot other days not so much. If youre being more active like walking a ton, you may not notice them as much. Same goes if youre sitting wrong or laying wrong for too long it could reduce the blood flow to the baby and cause them to move less. Dont know if youre aware but youre not allowed to sleep on your back when in second trimester, the placenta can crush the vena cava cut off the babys supply of blood and oxygen. Its especially dangerous in third tri, could lead to still birth. Sleeping on left side is said to be the best for the baby. Also dehydration is a huge one, but youve got the water drinking down.... so just keep tracking and dont panic.
@vvrobinson i think I've felt her but barely, I'm used to having her move a ton and having poweful kicks. I've been drinking water all day so I'll keep monitoring to see if anything changes.

If the baby hasnt moved in the last 24 hours id worry. Best way to get baby going is drinking a lot of cold water. If you still dont feel anything id stop in l&d you may be too dehydrated and may need fluids.
