Pumping
I started pumping right away after the births of my first two, mainly because the lactation consultants at the hospital made it seem like it was imperative in order to establish a good supply. This time, baby #3 is 3.5 weeks old and I haven't even looked at my pump. LOL! I truly hate pumping and am just not in the mood at all. I wanted to establish a natural supply because I always have SOOO much milk and hate the feeling of being engorged all the time.

I pump first thing in the morning when I have the most milk and again at nt when he is sleeping. That way I can build a stash without getting engorged or over producing.

Good idea! Thanks!

I would only add in two extra sessions a day. One at night and one in the morning. Slowly it will get bigger! No need to pump all day after each feed. Shoot you could even just do one, which should be morning, since you will produce the most then.
