Totally random but I'm filling out paperwork for the attorney general since my son is now under my husbands insurance (his stepdad) and They sent me papers to fill out to show my son is no longer on Medicaid. Anyways, The paper work is asking for my income but I don't work. Do they expect me to put my husbands income on the paperwork? The office is closed and just wanted to know if any of you ladies know the answer . Thanks

Thanks ladies for responding, i actually called the attorney generals and they said not to include my husbands income since he has nothing to do with it BUT I find it annoying how Medicaid drops my son because of my husbands income (they say they go by whatever household income my son is living under) and now my husband has to provide insurance for my son while my ex provides crap ?

Child support is based off only your income and the child's bio fathers income.

Medicaid completely different, they want everyone's income in the home.

I know for Medicaid you need to include your husbands income,but Don't remember how much is actually counted.... that is a good question!

I didn't qualify for Medicade because of my husbands income. We have 2 children that are 19 & 18 that stay here and we had to provide their income as well because they are considered adults and they combine all our income together.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.
