Baby sleeping in their room?
Baby sleeping in their room?
How many of yalls babies are sleeping in their own room already? This is my baby's 3rd night alone in her room. She does GREAT! Sleeps better and longer in her crib. I wasn't planning on letting her sleep alone yet but my husband put her to sleep one night and put her in her room. We were both thinking she'll wake up soon and then I'll just put her in the bassinet in our room. Well, she never woke up until 7:30am ?. I was shocked! She would usually wake up twice at night to eat and then fall asleep in my bed. But in her crib, she slept all night. I'm actually very sad about this. I miss her ?I'm having a hard time having her in her bedroom. How are you ladies coping with your baby in another room?

It's the same when they go to school they will just run off say bye mum and start playing with their friends while u hang around hoping they will be ok and getting teary well I did that at my eldest first sports day carnival I hung around and eventually left cos she was fine playing with friends but it took me a good 30 mins to leave lol

My baby girl loves her cot she will be 6 months old tomorrow and has been in her cot over a month now.she is still in our bedroom until we move house when she is 10 months old then she will have her own room. She sleeps better in her cot than what she did in her bassinet and I can leave my bedroom with her sleeping in cot for a good 2 hours while I do housework I check on her and can hear any little sound she makes so I'm sure she will be fine in her own room part of me will miss her a little but I give her so much love and kisses when she's awake lol

I'm not ready for him to be in his room overnight. But he sleeps in his crib for naps. He sleeps all night in our bed next to me and I love waking up to his stretching and yawning cuteness.

My little one started at 6 weeks. She moved all over at night so she is much more comfy with space in her crib. Sleeps thru the night and of course we watch with a monitor.

I have a video monitor and the monitor on her diaper to beep if she stops breathing. I'm also scared someone is going to come through a window and take her lol I always check the windows and make sure the house alarm is on.

My little boy has been in he's own room since 4 months. He was already sleeping through the night when we decided to do it. Sleep even longer now. 12-13 hours a night. Still keep the baby monitor on all night though just for piece of mind

My daughter is sleeping in her own room. She started sleeping in her room around 4 months. She was sleeping with me but she was so restless and would squirm around all night. One night I was so tired I just put her in her crib because I needed a little break. She fell right to sleep on her own and slept the best she had ever slept.
Crazy thing is my 3 year old still sleeps with me, she would never sleep in her crib and sleeps so much better in my bed.

I'm toying with the idea but I feel so frightened. I think what if a spider crawls in, or she cries and I don't hear her. She's got a cold and teething so I'm thinking she needs me for comfort and I0 get scared she will choke in her sleep cause since she got this cold. Milk come up in her nose and throat twice and she struggled to breath, luckily I was holding her both times and gave her back a pat.
I do miss my sleep though, I'm really struggling, I miss my husband too cause we bed share.

We haven't done it yet. But my sons room is on the opposite side of the house. So I'm scared I wouldn't hear him, and plus he shares a room with his brother

We haven't done it yet but I'm planning on it in the next two weeks or so. We just got back from vacation so I'm trying to get every settled and back to our routines before I do. I bet I'll be anxious and missing her as well.

I haven't worked up the courage to do it yet. ?
I'm worried she will be scared. Then thoughts of people trying to get in the window and take her run through my mind. It's all in my head I know, but I just can't do it yet.
I'm glad your little one is taking to it so well!! ☺️
