Do You Have Any Mommy Confessions to Share?

When I drink soda I pretend that it is disgusting so my daughter won't ask to try some lol, same with her daddy's beer. And I told her gingerale is my medicine so she can't drink it

I tell my kids there is hot sauce on my food so they don't bother me for some. They have their own but they still always bug me for mine.

I use the excuse I'm breast feeding to not go to functions with my fiance lol. I hate being around certain people in his family. It works, it doesn't even question it

Lol I tell my toddler places are closed too so I don't have to take him . I also tell him the kid machines at the stores are broken so he doesn't stop to play with them.

I sneak snacks too and hide away in the bedroom to nurse when people are over lol. I also say I'm pooping to get some peace, but my toddler still comes in :/.

I've been telling my toddler that the beach is closed for like a week now so I don't have to take her.

At night when she wants to watch TV or use her Ipad I tell her that mickey mouse and peppa pig are sleeping so my husband and I can watch our own shows

Hubby and I put the kids to bed at 5pm so we can play violent video games and snuggle. On really rough days we've been known to out them to bed at 430 cause we just didn't want to hear them crying anymore. I sneak my favorite snacks into my bedroom so my daughter doesn't see and I snack on it every time I say I have to go to the bathroom or get something out of my room....

I also sneak food while my toddler isn't looking (usually yoghurt) Sometimes I just want to eat something without hearing 'some?' and having to share half of it.

I lock myself in the bathroom for me time, only when my husband is home & sometimes it conveniently happens when baby has pooped so that he will have to change her diaper.

I have somehow managed to convince my toddler that dove chocolates are medicine so she no longer bugs me to get one.

Haha when I read your post I laughed to myself because I'm the same way for both of them! Haha

Haha we have got the in laws over from italy and they are like to give their opinions...on pretty much everything!! I always go and escape in the bedroom to feed just to get abit of peace haha.

Sometimes I sneak snacks and eat them when my 2 yr old isn't looking.

I also put a note on my door and if that doesn't stop them from knocking then I just pretend I don't hear it.

Lol colie, I do that all the time! I have a sign on my front door saying baby is asleep so people leave me alone lol

I do the same thing w company or if someone stops by without callin i pretend we were nappin so they go away lol

The days of the week magically changed from Wednesday to Friday bc Mommy over slept and we missed Basketball ?

Chicken nuggets are veggies too. Especially when Mom is too tired to cook dinner. My son loves veggies but sometimes standing in the kitchen is tiring. Nuggets go in the oven and 18 mims later their done. No standing around

I always use my kids as an excuse not to go out like "it's almost Jrs nap time" or "baby is being fussy today". I love being able to lounge in pjs all day and nursing in my privacy.

Yes grly lol girls gotta do what a girls gotta do sometimes.

I also tell my big kids I'm pooping when I'm just sitting on the toilet playing candy crush or just playing on my phone so I can have time to be alone.

Lol mylifeplus4 that's funny . We all have to do something like this to keep our sanity

I def avoid company. I'm tired and stressed lol. It's ok. We all do it.

I told my son his baseball game was canceled because I didnt feel like sitting at the field with my 2 year old and 4 week old.
